Please introduce yourself and your role at the organisation.
E.g. My name is Paige Gibbs and I am the Head of Marketing & Fundraising at the RSPCA NSW.
How did you first come across and get involved with Leafcutter?
E.g. We were actually approached by their team more than 4 years ago. They called up one day to introduce themselves to us and as soon as we saw the work they were producing we knew we could rely on them as a digital partner to help develop our organisation further.
What was the challenge or opportunity that led you to consider digital technology as a solution?
E.g. Our organisation was really at ground zero when it came to being digitally savvy back in 2012. Until we started working with Leafcutter, we hadn’t had the benefit of strong, proactive guidance and direction in regards to better utilising digital and technology to drive outcomes for our organisation.
What have been some other challenges, opportunities and ideas that you have worked with Leafcutter over the years to bring to life?
E.g. Over the past 4 years we have had so many digitally led initiatives which we have worked with Leafcutter on. This includes; Our appeals through the year, our main web infrastructure, improving how offline and online channels interact and support each other for maximum outcomes, growing our audience online, making use of Google Adgrants, creating internal structures and processes to enable us to take advantage of environmental factors e.g. flash bushfires. etc...
How long have you been partnered with Leafcutter?
E.g. Over 4 years now and they continue to keep our strategies and focus top of mind and continually add value to growing and improving our organization through digital in ever more impactful ways - for example we are now doing a platform for one of our major events, MPW.
What projects with Leafcutter have you personally been involved in from a working closely with the Leafcutter team point of view?
E.g. I oversee all projects we have worked with Leafcutter on from a high level, given my role at the organisation. However, I played a very hands on role with some of the major ones, namely our own website creation and GA christmas appeal.
What is the experience of working with Leafcutter like (on specific projects, overtime etc..)? Following the overall experience, what are some key highlights you can share?
E.g. Leafcutter have always cared deeply about us as an organisation and the cause we represent. Their attention to detail, attention to our team's needs, over and above support and input and their skill in digital are some key aspects that contributed to a wonderful experience working with Leafcutter.
What did you like about Leafcutter's approach and methodology whilst working together?
E.g. their process for uncovering exactly what we were trying to achieve and why. This is essential and the depth Leafcutter goes into to uncover and document this in relation to the solution they create, is unparallelled.
What tangible value has Leafcutter provided/contributed to your organisation, projects and/or teams? How have you measured this?
E.g. This is a big question, where to start!? One major area of value that Leafcutter has contributed to is the growth and development of the expertise of our staff. They have run training sessions, we have monthly support from them, they spend a day of each week in our offices etc… This has really helped to advance our teams capabilities and expertise when it comes to utilising digital and thinking digital to achieve results for our organisation.
What aspects of your organisation has Leafcutter contributed value to?
E.g. fundraising, marketing and comms, process improvement, system choice and IT etc… Please describe.
What is the single biggest impact Leafcutter has had on your organisation?
